For the first time ever, a SaaS is mentioned twice on #saasmarketer.

Hats off to you Mathilde and Front.

Why?

This posts explains...

Creating content "off domain" is a recent SaaS growth trend first detected right here at #saasmarketer.

We recently covered Unbounce's microsite and Outreach's acquisition of Sales Hacker.

Both of these content plays aimed at aggregating attention for a web property NOT based on the domain of their SaaS business, and simply linking back.

And this is exactly what Front are doing with Good Email Copy:

Choose your tag to see some solid email copy from some of the best in the business:

Check out this absolute banger of a welcome email from Kissflow:

(You can copy, edit and paste right into your onboarding flow)

They also showcase how their team email management product functions by requesting people to send suggestions to a group email:

Now, what are Front users spending most of their time doing whilst interacting with the product?

Writing emails. This enables the Front customer success team to link out to this side project when necessary to increase customers likelihood of sending effective emails... decreasing churn.

And which product would be useful for non-Front customers looking to write more effective business emails?

Front.

What did we learn?

👉 Think about a big challenge for your users that is connected but cannot necessarily be fulfilled by your product.

👉 Then aggregate resources that help solve this challenge on a microsite that links back to you.
